Automated Prescription Refill System (APRS®)
- Integrates seamlessly with PBM systems, patients can call into the automated system and request refills of prescriptions. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on the web or by phone.
Patient Appointment System (PAS™)
- Uploads patient data through a CHCS interface. The system calls patients, at a predetermined time, and verifies whether or not the patient intends to keep their appointment. Can be sized for small or large organizations and also integrates well into other clinical systems.
Patient Driven Results System (PDRS™)
- Automatically sorts Laboratory and Radiology data and develops a call list for each campaign. Patients are then called, their identity is verified, and they are notified their results are in. If there is no other action necessary, it is indicated to the patient that they need not be concerned and that all is well. If there are issues to discuss due to the complexity of results or irregularities, the patient is instructed to schedule an appointment to discuss results, which are not provided in detail over the phone.
Wellness Management Suite (WMS™)
- Automatically sorts HEDIS data and develops a call list for each campaign (Diabetes, Colon Cancer, PAP, Mammogram) to notify patients of wellness appointments needed. Patients are then called, their identity is verified, and they record responses whether or not they would like to set appointments. Data of those requesting appointments is then sent to Wellness Staff.
